When you prepare to serve all the wonderfully fresh summer produce, you should first take the time to properly clean it. Even organic produce should be washed before serving. Did you know that Strong Kangen Water (pH 11 – 11.5) can clean and disinfect your fruits and vegetables?
Just fill a bowl full of 11.5 (strong alkaline) Kangen Water then let your produce soak for 5 – 10 minutes. Shake off the water and see how freshness improves in lettuce and greens, and fruit colors actually improve. In root plants soak to remove dirt and herbicides from skins, like potatoes, yams, beets, etc. Soaking not only cleans it better it also enhances shelf life. Note: To kill microbes on produce or meat or fish, spray or soak with 2.5 acid water prior to soaking in the 11.5 water.
Strong Kangen Water is a great emulsifier for cleaning harmful chemicals off your food. Pesticides are oil-based, so rain water and tap water can’t get rid of them. But Strong Kangen Water has low surface tension and is a powerful tool against germs, bacteria, and pesticides! You can also soak meat or fish in the 11.5 – as it will remove gamey flavors.
For removing kitchen grease and grime
Unleash the power to remove tough grease from exhaust fans and range hoods, and grime on cutting boards, knives, dishes, and for removing grime from kitchen cloths, brushes, floors, and cracks and crevices.
Soak grains (brown rice, bulgur, barley, wild rice, etc) in some 11.5 water for 5 minutes prior to cooking. It cleans the grains. Drain the strong alkaline water; then add regular Kangen water for the cooking process. The strong alkaline water allows the grains to better absorb water and will have a softer texture when eating.
Put 1 – 2 quarts of strong alkaline water (11.5) in the liquid detergent tank of your washer and wash without detergent or with less detergent. Clothes will come out clean and bright, and when used without soap as it will not cause chemical sensitivities. Use as a PREWASH spot cleaner for lifting oily food stains prior to washing. Mix the strong 11.5 Kangen Water in a spray bottle with a concentrated environmental friendly cleaner and with a little rubbing it will lift the greasy food spots from clothes!
Cooking and Grilling with 11.5 pH – The season for outdoor cooking is here! For better tasting meat that is more tender and juicy, follow these steps:
- Chicken – Spray on or rinse with 2.5 pH to kill salmonella and other microbes. Then soak in 11.5 for at least five (5) minutes. Continue to prepare and cook as you normally would.
- Red Meats should soak it in 11.5 for at least five (5) minutes, then prepare and cook as usual.
- Fish – Soak in 11.5 for just a few minutes, then continue to prepare and cook as usual
- Wild Game – Soak in 11.5 for at least ten (10) minutes, or as long as overnight, to remove the strong, wild flavor. Then continue to prepare and cook as usual.
- Smoked Meat – Mix your brine with 11.5 pH and continue to prepare and cook as usual.
Want to experiment? Cut a piece of meat into two pieces, soak one of the halves in 11.5, then prepare and cook both pieces the same. (Let me know about your findings!)
Anti Inflammatory uses
The negatively charged fresh 11.5 water can externally reduce joint inflammation. Try soaking or wrapping the inflamed joint or area with a cloth soaked in strong alkaline water and keep it wrapped for about 2 hours.
Inflammation and redness from acne, eczema and psoriasis.
Any outbreak that is irritated should first be sprayed with pH 2.5 strong acid water to neutralize any bacteria present. When that has completely dried, apply a cloth soaked in Strong Alkaline Water for 5 – 15 minutes; and follow it up with beauty water, pH 5.5, to return the skin to its normal healthy skin pH level.
Wrap sunburned areas in a cloth soaked in Strong Alkaline Water and leave for 15-20 minutes. Follow with beauty water (5.5) and let dry.
